Creoal Consulting partnering to support the Bureau of Public Debt’s Federal Financials Shared Service offerings to the federal civilian market.
Recent direction from OMB in memorandum M-13-08, “Improving Financial Systems through Shared Services”, directs all executive agencies to use with limited exceptions, a shared service solution for future modernization of core accounting and/or mixed systems. This change in policy will place new demands on all FSSPs. Creoal Consulting is partnering with Grant Thornton to support the Bureau of Public Debt’s (BPD) Federal Financials Shared Service offerings to meet this projected demand. Specifically, Creoal is providing functional and technical expertise in support of discovery and implementation services to potential future clients in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
Creoal Consulting delivers SSA’s Security Electronic Remittance System (SERS) on time and within budget. Creoal implemented Oracle iStore, Inventory, and Order Management, as well as Single Sign-On as the solution to process orders for remittance. The Creoal solution is fully integrated out of the box with SSA’s accounting system, SSA Online Accounting and Reporting System (SSOARS), which is also based on Oracle’s EBS Financials Software. As part of SERS, Creoal also implemented and integrated a Credit/Debit Card processing solution, including Ingenico iPP320 Credit Card Pan Pad (swipe) machines, so that credit cards do not have to be touched or entered by SSA staff at order entry.
