Challenge
The Board was operating on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 11.5.10.2, which is no longer supported by Oracle. They engaged Creoal to migrate from EBS to Oracle Fusion, with the objectives of implementing a best practice procure-to-pay process and eliminating manual reporting and budgeting processes.
Solution
Creoal successfully migrated CCBDD from EBS to Cloud ERP (including Cloud Procurement and Cloud EPM) in four months and helped them adopt best practice business processes. Creoal continues to provide end-user functional support via the Creoal Customer Support Desk.
