Creoal’s support goes beyond implementation to include business process analysis, upgrades, and operations and maintenance – making us a one-stop shop for the entire range of ERP needs.

Cloud

For Oracle ERP customers, it’s a question of when – not if – they will need to migrate to Oracle SaaS Cloud. As an Oracle SaaS solution expert, Creoal has developed the first Federal Oracle Cloud solution and is currently implementing it for two Federal clients. Our Oracle Cloud Solution Architects use Creoal’s proven methodology, holding interactive, solution-based sessions to help our clients explore their options and evaluate readiness. We then recommend a solution roadmap for achieving objectives while maximizing efficiency and decreasing risk. Our Consulting Services Team currently holds Oracle Cloud Certifications across ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, and EPM Cloud, as well as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).

With ERP Financials, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management Cloud expertise, Creoal streamlines enterprise business processes to help increase productivity, lower costs, and improve controls.

Cloud is a complex and rapidly evolving technology. Creoal helps organizations make the right choices to ensure that cloud technology supports their business vision while adhering to security, compliance, and financial requirements.

Whether an organization is deploying just one module or the whole suite of Oracle Cloud Applications, Creoal has the expertise to deliver the right solution. Creoal provides the right combination of experience and current knowledge of Oracle EBS applications to architect, implement, integrate, upgrade, or optimize Oracle EBS installations. We specialize in Oracle EBS Release 12 Accelerator implementations, upgrades for 11.5.10 and R12, and EBS optimization by Business Flow Experts. Our certified EBS consultants work across all industries and disciplines, providing in-depth strategic insight, hands-on training, and end-to-end operations support.

Implementation & Upgrades

We are in the third generation of COTS applications and implementations, and Creoal encourages clients to employ the latest industry best practices. For both on-premise and SaaS ERP implementations, we base our approach on modern methodologies that rely on significant pre-configured applications and/or accelerators as the starting point for iterative solution deployment.

Business Process Analysis should be conducted “inside-out,” defaulting to what the application already supports before exploring alternatives. Without a detailed understanding of application processing, process analyses will result in unreasonable expectations and false starts. As part of our approach, we vet, prioritize, and approve all functional “gaps” before development, deployment, and testing. We recommend and design extensions to meet mission-critical requirements, using established, industry-standard methods to minimize complexity and keep the focus on compliance and operational capability.

Operations & Maintenance

History suggests that most organizations retain the implementation partner for initial transition and support, and then seek out lower-cost providers for O&M. It is perfectly rational that the mix of resources and support tools would be different from those employed in the implementation, with a correspondingly lower cost. However, market experience suggests that lower rates do not necessarily result in lower costs. Creoal embraces a conceptual framework for ERP operations and support that focuses on standardizing processes and practices, removes redundancies, and leverages efficiencies. The singular goal is to improve productivity by reducing manpower requirements or redistributing labor to higher-value activities, e.g., new development.
