Challenge
Situated in a flood zone, the convention center wanted to outsource management of its Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) rather than continuing on-site hosting.
Solution
The convention center engaged Creoal as a Managed Service Provider to deliver Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Functional Service Desk support to manage its Oracle EBS infrastructure as well as all associated applications.
