Challenge
The company was running on the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platform and was sold to a larger entity. To comply with separation agreements, the company had to move off EBS within six months. The company also needed to implement a new CRM and e-commerce system in conjunction with a new ERP solution.
Solution
The company and its new owner chose Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM as the new SaaS Platform. Creoal used Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Service as the middleware solution to enable communication with vendors and internal systems using EDI, web services, and bulk imports from the new e-commerce system.
